The best thing about being a wedding photographer is being fortunate enough to see places that I probably would never have visited if this wasn’t my job. I also get to meet people that I definitely wouldn’t have met if it wasn’t for them booking me to shoot their big day.
So when you get to shoot at a place like Achnagairn and get to meet such amazing people as Kirstin and Eilidh, I get one of those ‘I can’t believe this is my job’ moments. Trust me, I’ve had a lot of those moments and hope to have many more.
This wedding was so much fun. You’ll see from the pictures below how much love, energy and colour were part of this day and it was so cool to be there to capture it.
What a beautiful location. Achnagairn isn’t too far from Inverness, but you don’t have to travel far up there until you’re surrounded by the rural wilderness, which makes this place so special.
Pride obviously played a big part in this wedding and it was so lovely to see everyone celebrate the love between two awesome gals.
