What an incredible day celebrating Libby & Alistair’s wedding at the stunning Pollokshields Burgh Hall in Glasgow! The sun was shining from start to finish, setting the perfect scene for a day full of joy, laughter, and love.
The Perfect Venue – Pollokshields Burgh Hall
Libby & Alistair chose Pollokshields Burgh Hall for its character, history, and beautiful surroundings – and it did not disappoint. This iconic Glasgow venue, with its Victorian charm and leafy gardens, looked amazing in the sunshine. It gave us plenty of space for candid photography, from intimate moments indoors to relaxed celebrations outside.
Libby & Alistair’s Relaxed, Fun Wedding Vibe
From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was buzzing. Libby and her bridal party were in great spirits during the morning preparations, and there was so much laughter as everyone got ready. Alistair and his groomsmen were just as relaxed, enjoying the sunshine before the ceremony.
Their ceremony inside Pollokshields Burgh Hall was heartfelt and personal – the perfect reflection of their relationship. Afterwards, the doors opened, and everyone spilled outside into glorious sunshine. Drinks flowed, guests mingled on the lawn, and the energy was incredible.
Candid, Natural Moments Throughout the Day
As always, my approach was to keep things candid, natural, and fun. I love capturing the moments you might not even notice on the day – a glance between the couple, the laughter during speeches, kids playing on the grass, and all the big hugs from family and friends.
The sunshine made everything even better. Golden hour in the gardens of Pollokshields Burgh Hall gave us some beautiful, romantic shots of Libby & Alistair – completely unposed, just the two of them enjoying the moment together.
