Nicola and Joe’s Ronachan House wedding on the Kintyre Peninsula brought together a family home, coastal portraits and a joyful celebration. I travelled from Glasgow to photograph their day in this personal setting.
Ronachan House is the bride’s family home, lovingly restored over many years. Its rooms, gardens and views of the Kintyre coastline formed the backdrop as their guests explored, caught up and celebrated together.

One of the standout features of Ronachan House is its private beach, an ideal setting for stunning coastal wedding photography. We captured windswept, natural portraits of Nicola and Joe with the rolling waves and rugged cliffs as their backdrop. The combination of soft light, dramatic scenery, and the couple’s happiness created timeless images that truly showcase the beauty of a Kintyre wedding.
Back at the house, the energy was infectious. Guests mingled, explored the grounds, and celebrated, creating a joyful, welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.

As the evening unfolded, the wedding party kicked into high gear. I captured some incredible moments of guests dancing and enjoying themselves – an energetic display of happiness before I began my journey back to Glasgow.
