Nestled in the heart of the mystical Scottish countryside, Kilmartin Castle stands as a testament to both history and romance. Recently, I had the honour of photographing an intimate vow renewal at this enchanting castle. Vanessa & Andreas came to Scotland from their native Germant, accompanied by their precious daughter. They chose Kilmartin Castle for its rich history, breathtaking surroundings, and its unique allure for small weddings and elopements.

Kilmartin Castle, dating back to the 16th century, is steeped in Scottish history. Originally built as a stronghold, the castle has witnessed centuries of change, from turbulent times to peaceful eras. In recent years, the castle underwent a meticulous renovation, preserving its historic charm while incorporating modern comforts.
