The Scottish Highlands have a way of capturing your heart, and for Solly and Josh, their elopement on the stunning shores of Rhu Point, Arisaig, was pure magic. As a wedding photographer, I've witnessed grand celebrations and intimate gatherings, but there was something truly special about capturing Alexis & Lauren's elopement in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. These two Texans, with their infectious southern charm, decided to ditch the traditional wedding and exchange vows amidst the breathtaking beauty of the Scottish Highlands.

2024 has been such an amazing year for me for elopements in Scotland. After doing this for over 10 years, you’d think that I’d been everywhere in Scotland by now, but it seems that I haven’t even scratched the surface. This wee country still has so much to offer.
